This is an eight minute video clip of the take-off and the pull turn. We really need to watch this video a lot!!! Here is a series of great videos by the well known vault coach Bill Falk. They are each pretty short (2-3 minutes) so you they won’t take a lot of time but they are worth looking at many times because they are loaded with good information...........
